Bloody Mary
Ingredients
45 ml vodka
3 or 4 ice cubes
200ml tomato juice, chilled
Worchestershire sauce
¼ lemon juiced and strained
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ celery stick, to serve
Method
Pour vodka over ice into a 250ml tumbler. Fill glass with tomato juice, a dash of Worcestershire sauce, squeeze of lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Stir, stand celery stick in glass and serve.
Virgin Mary
Ingredients
200ml tomato juice, chilled
3 or 4 ice cubes
8 drops Tabasco sauce
½ lime, juiced and strained
Salt & pepper, to taste
½ celery stick, to serve
Slice of lime, to serve
Method
Place tomato juice, ice, Tabasco sauce, lime juice, salt and pepper into a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour into a 250ml glass and serve garnished with celery and a slice of lime.
