Sundried tomato & cheese twists
Ingredients
2 sheets reduced fat puff pastry
30g low fat mature cheddar cheese
10g grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp sundried tomato pesto
Method
Place one sheet of pastry onto a lightly floured board. Spread with pesto and sprinkle with cheeses. Top with remaining sheet of pastry and gently roll out a little larger to press the cheeses into the pastry.
Cut lengthwise into strips about 1cm wide. Carefully twist each strip into a corkscrew. Place prepared twists onto a greased and lined *Le Creuset rectangular oven dish.
Bake in a pre-heated 200 C oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden. Allow to cool before removing.
