Creamy Rice Pudding 

Ingredients

¾ cup white Calrose rice

470ml low fat milk

375ml low fat evaporated milk

3 tbsp sugar

 

Method

Place rice and milks in a *Le Creuset 20cm Saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer; stirring occasionally for 20-30 minutes or until rice is soft and milk has thickened and is creamy.

Remove from heat, add sugar stirring until dissolved and thoroughly combined.

Serve warm.
