Tandori chicken strips 

Ingredients

500g chicken tenderloins, halved

80ml Tandoori curry paste

1 tsp ground cumin

1 tsp ground coriander

1 Lebanese cucumber, sliced

½ punnet cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup watercress, washed

1 cup low fat yoghurt

6 tortillas


Method

Place chicken, tandoori paste, cumin and coriander in a bowl and mix well to coat. Allow to marinate for at least 20 minutes.

Pre-heat a *Calphalon One 30cm Square Grill Pan over medium heat for between 5-7 minutes, or until you can feel the heat off the pan when a hand is held approximately 30cm above. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for approximately 3-5 minutes or until tender.

Combine, cucumber, tomatoes and watercress in a large bowl.

Spread yoghurt over one side of a tortilla, top with some of the cook chicken and salad. Wrap and serve immediately. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
